Supreme Student Council
2025-2026
Representing, Serving, and Empowering Our Student Community
WHO ARE WE
We are students of AMA from the Philippines, and we have just launched a CashToken NFT project using CashMint as our fundraising initiative. You may ask where or how we found out about Bitcoin Cash or CashToken, but no, we didn’t just discover it recently. We were already aware of its existence, although we hadn’t really dived into it. It was our student officer, @LumangBulbul, who suggested creating the project and hosting it on CashToken to take advantage of its technology and to be one of its early users.
AMA is composed of multiple branch campuses and partner schools across the country. While each campus has its own local administrators, they all operate under the centralized system of the AMA Education System. As for us, we currently attend AMA Computer College - Naga Campus. We are the SSC Officers in our branch, it means Supreme Student Council, a student body who organize student events, represents our fellow students, and serves as a bridge between them and the administration.
We are a small branch located in the independent City of Naga, Camarines Sur. Although we strongly desire to organize enjoyable, well-structured, inclusive, and memorable school-related activities, we are constrained by limited funding. We lack the budget and have not been fortunate enough to receive allocations, even the previous elected officers.
Of course, this is not the first time we have held a fundraiser. In fact, we have already made several attempts by hosting student activities aimed not only at raising funds but also at encouraging student participation and interaction. However, these efforts were not very successful because we are really just a small community and most of our students are enrolled in online learning modalities. We even tried to organize a program called "Thrift Ko, Thrift Mo, Thrift Nating Lahat!" where we invited students and others to donate used items that we could sell to help fund better events such as intramurals, celebrations, or charitable activities. Unfortunately, this initiative also did not succeed.
Our term as school officers is nearing it's end this year 2026. Before it concludes, we have decided to push for this NFT project called Regrettable NFT (it's a punny name, i know, it's suspicious, but keeps you intrigued) as our way to raise funds one last time and so we can put on events that will really make the money we raised count, where it's more effective, productive, and with greatest possible impact.
Please help us realize the legacy we hope to create.
